Sustainability is our philosophy.

All our home goods are hand made from sustainable materials, no plastics or synthetics fabrics - from hand-pulled cotton yarn to shell buttons and even our recycled paper packaging. We work with partners that are helping preserve traditional handmade crafts and practice environmentally conscious production. 

We work exclusively with small scale rural artisans in developing countries that are growing rural economies. Each year across the world millions of people leave their communities and families behind in search of livelihood. By working with rural artisans, Shore is helping build sustainable rural economies which is better for our planet and our people. It is also our goal to support businesses and organisations run by women entrepreneurs. 80% of Shore's home goods are created by women-owned businesses.
