Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, we offer standard shipping for within the US. For orders outside the US, please contact us directly.
Where does Shore ship?
We ship orders placed online to street addresses across the continental United States. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. If you would like to have your order shipped to other locations, please contact us at contact(at)theshoreshop.com.
How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed online. Shipping time varies depending on delivery location, generally 2-10 business days. Order fulfillment and shipping times may vary during the holidays.
How can I expedite my order?
You can choose the  expedited shipping option at checkout while placing your order, there may be extra charges from the carrier.
Where can I track order delivery?
Once you have finished placing your order online, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I return or exchange my product?

We take great care in selecting, preparing, packing and shipping our products, but if you are not fully satisfied, you can initiate returns within 30 days of delivery by contacting us: contact(at)theshoreshop.com.

 

What if the goods I receive are damaged?

If you receive goods in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately on email. Please include your order number and images of the product.
